FBC Cloudcroft Guidelines for Reopening
Date - June 7
Two Services (Limited capacity)
FBC Cloudcroft will use the following guidelines in reopening for public worship. As time progresses, these guidelines may change. FBC Cloudcroft does not want anyone to feel uncomfortable while in our facility, nor do we want anyone to feel pressured to attend.
If you fall into one of the following groups of people you may want to consider NOT attending worship at FBC Cloudcroft at this time.
If you are in the high-risk age group.
If you have any health issues that put you at high risk for contracting a virus of any type.
If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of encountering people in a social setting.
If you believe the following guidelines are not satisfactory.
Doors will not open until 15 minutes prior to service.
Use designated entrance.
Sit with families or with close friend groups.
Leave at least two chairs between you and the next family/friend group.
Childcare is provided or Nursery (birth-2years) and Preschool (3years – Kindergarten).
Restrooms are available, but we ask that you use them before the service. Please do not exit and reenter the Worship Center during the service.
Sadly, we are not offering coffee during this time.
We will not have a "meet and greet" time during the service.
An offering will not be taken during the service. You may leave your offering in the offering boxes as you leave or continue to give online.
Connect cards can be filled out digitally.
If you wish to speak with the Pastor, he will be available after the service.
Please use designated exit.
Please do not visit inside after the service. You are certainly welcome to visit outside after the service.
Gathering in this restricted way is certainly no one's preference.
Our desire would be to go back to the way things were immediately.
During the Summer, we will not be able to have Sunday School on campus. Bible Studies and Community Groups will meet outside of the Sunday morning time.
We feel during this time, that is it prudent to take some reasonable precautions.
If you are sick, please stay home, watch the streaming service and contact the church office so we can minister to you (575-682-2763).
If you are not comfortable gathering back at church at this time, we totally understand. We are not going to stop anything we are doing digitally. Please feel free to continue to watch the live stream service and morning devotions and continue to connect with use using digital means.
The CDC recommends them. We cannot require them, but you can wear them if you feel the need.
