Kim has been with us since since 2023.  She is responsible for administrating the budget and the day to day finances of the church.

Hope has been working with us since 2022.  She works on the administrative side of the worship ministry with scheduling, song selection and service preparation.  You can find her sometimes running our worship presentation software in the back during the service.

Pastor Larry has been in pastoral ministry since 1999.  Before that he served as Youth Minister and as Youth and Children’s Minister.  He has been Pastor of FBC Cloudcroft since 2003.  He is married to Cynthia and has two daughters, Hillary and Hope.

One of Pastor Larry’s passions is to preach God’s Word on a weekly basis.  His desire for FBC Cloudcroft is to equip the church to lead people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus and raise up leaders from the next generation who will be able to carry on the Church’s mission.

Cynthia has a heart for children.  Having taught First Grade and Kindergarten in the public school for 11 years, she has lead the Children’s Ministry at FBC Cloudcroft since 2006.

Hillary is the newest addition to our staff.  Having grown up at FBC Cloudcroft, she has been involved in our Children’s and Student Ministries both as a participant and later as a leader.  She now assists with both Children’s and Student Ministry.

Karen came to us after being an executive assistant from Reno Nevada.  Greatly overqualified for the job, she has been serving with us since 2010.
